- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- At least 2 years of quality control management experience on federal projects.
- Strong understanding of USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
