ob responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to current billing team
Handling cash entry, keying data into reports and performing data entry for maintenance/repair orders and basic billing responsibilities
Ad hoc duties as needed
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
One plus year(s) of entry-level accounting experience—B2B Billing preferred
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills—VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
