    Northern California Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator


    The R&R Northern California Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator will continue to increase Root & Rebound's capacity to provide deep support and referrals to our vast caseload of direct legal service clients located in Northern California, continue to improve outreach so we can reach more people with our services, and continue to support to expand our capacity for record-cleaning across the state.

    Most of our clients live at or above the poverty line. Providing holistic support through referrals helps enable our clients to obtain self-sufficiency with housing, employment, and other support. Record-cleaning further expands the employability of our clients. In turn, this position - which also enables us to support more people at or above the poverty line.


    Member Duties :


    This position will attend tabling and resource events, and reentry conference to explain our services to potential client's and other social service providers, as well as recruit potential volunteers.

    The position will continue to add to R&R's NorCal referral database for clients, and will support in referral auditing processes and volunteer recruitment.

    Some of the referrals include things like transitional housing, employment support, healthcare and they can be used for people's release date, parole board hearing, or resentencing hearing.

    The position will also continue to support in volunteer management of record cleaning volunteers by supporting client and volunteer connection.

    In addition to this the position will audit the NorCal outreach lists and update them as needed with the support of volunteers.
