    The Antwerp office provide the full project execution services:
    from conceptual engineering, basic engineering, and detailed engineering through commissioning and construction support. The Project Controls Team consists of Planning and Cost Engineering professionals.
    As a Project Controls Specialist, you will perform activities for the overall Project Controls effort for a project.


    Your main responsibilities will be:


    Develop, implement, and direct the total Project Controls programImplement the Work Breakdown and Project Coding StructuresAnalyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the planCommunicate the reasons for the issuance of variancePropose mitigation plans to Project ManagementContribute to the proposal efforts for cost or scheduling activitiesReview project profit recognitionProvide evaluation of opportunities with managementManage project schedule including critical path activitiesReview schedule float for schedule slippagesOther duties as assignedThis position performs Project Control functions related to cost and/or schedule and assists in the preparation of Project Controls activities for a project or assignment.

    Prepare the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contractAccumulate and compile accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the projectDevelop cost control/scheduling procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a projectParticipate in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetingsDevelop and implement a basic change management system for engineering and constructionDevelop and maintain Management, Project and Control level schedulesOther duties as assignedBasic Job Requirements:
    Bachelor or Master degree4-6 years of relevant work experience as a Project Controls SpecialistExcellent communication skills in Dutch and English both written and verbalExperience with Scrum, Lean, Agile Methodologies or willingness to learn in practiceAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerFlexibility to travel internationally for project assignments and in support of business related matterTo be
