    Overview:


    Seeking a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of the Manufacturing, Commerce, Retail or other supply chain intensive industries and competitive landscape.


    Scope:
    The partner marketing leader will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through strategic partnerships.

    The partner marketing leader will create and execute marketing strategies to support three major motions: marketing to partners, marketing through partners, and marketing with partners.

    Blue Yonder has several different types of partners ranging from systems integrators to technology and various go-to-market partners, and this position will take the lead on marketing across the full portfolio of partner relationships.

    The Partner Marketing team will be a new function in the marketing organization, with two additional hires for the team scheduled for this year.

    The successful candidate will possess strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to foster relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and drive revenue through collaborative marketing efforts.


    What you'll do:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the company's objectives.

    Build, manage and mentor a team of high performing marketers, including people managers, ensuring alignment between individual's strengths and business needs.

    Manage, coach and guide the team with clarity of deliverables, priorities and timelines to be successful.

    Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth.

    Develop and execute marketing programs targeted at partners to enable them to effectively promote products and services - inclusive of enablement materials, training, and assets.

    Lead initiatives that leverage partners' channels, networks and programs to drive demand generation and amplify our marketing reach.
    Establish mechanisms to report on key performance metrics across partner campaigns and investments. Analyze data to optimize, assess and identify areas for improvement.
    Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment across functions.

    Effectively communicate marketing plan, progress to plans and campaign/pipe updates on a regular basis to stakeholders - manager, sales, product, corp/demand-gen, other product marketers.


    What we are looking for:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;

    You have 8+ years of partner marketing experience with an ideal mix of technical and business background, with a proven track record in developing and executing partner marketing strategies.

    You have strong experience managing highly performing teams.
    Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and prioritize effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strategic thinker, with a result-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
    Excellent communicator and relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
    The salary range for this position is $152,311.00 to $197,689.00 USD

    The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.

    In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
