    Full-Time Residential Youth Caregiver Opportunity

    This is a unique, life-changing career for married couples who are passionate about supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

    • We are seeking full-time flex houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students living in the home.


    About The Role:


    Couples will play a vital role in creating a structured family-like environment that fosters students' growth. They will be responsible for providing daily supervision and mentorship,
      managing household routines and student schedules,
      administering medications and ensuring student wellness,
      driving students to activities as well as planning developmental and recreational activities with them.

    The selected candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth.
    The couple should also meet certain requirements including legal marriage status (for at least two years), age (27+years old) along both spouses no dependent children above three resident within one Student home At all times maintaining an ability accomplish lifting heavy objects weighing up fifty pounds more necessarily removal properties care appropriately handling other risks maintained through contract liability use smoking areas Any weapons prohibited throughout entire campus premises equally free alcohol intake governed during scheduled hours get fishing dog pet allowed breed selection approved vehicle needed certification Students education Judeo-Christian lessons adapted chapel visits strong commitments led team.
