- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and representing the institution in various forums.
- Provide faculty support in achieving program goals and curriculum development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to student recruitment, orientation, and success planning.
- Deliver classroom instruction and support student learning.
- Grade assignments, advise, and mentor students.
- Engage in internal committee activities and maintain external professional relationships.
- Stay updated on healthcare practices and technological advancements.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
- Understanding of budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and curriculum development.
- Proficiency in counseling, advising, and research methods.
- Skills in program administration, nursing care, and student supervision.
- Comfort with classroom presentations and office software.
- Physical demands include occasional exertion up to 20 pounds and close visual attention.
- Typical tasks involve data analysis, computer usage, and reading.
- No significant exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
- Must hold a Master of Science in Nursing.
- At least two years of clinical experience are mandatory.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in New Mexico or a compact state is necessary.
- CPR certification for healthcare professionals is also required.
