On behalf of our client, we are seeking a shift supervisor to work in a growing metals manufacturing facility in Morrisville, PA. Candidates should have extensive knowledge and understanding of the molten metal process and experience supervising direct reports with smelting furnaces. Working with aluminum is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Monitoring the entire molten process
• Liaison with operations and production
• Ensuring Safety procedures are followed
• Staying current on industry changes and requirements
• Maintaining quality standard for aluminum molding processes and products

Ideal candidates should have 5 years experience in molten metals processing facility with at least 3 of those years in a supervisory capacity. Candidates should possess a bachelors degree, relevant trades school degree or equivalent experience.
