- Determine partner strategy to build and grow WLC's presence across key market segments and regions to achieve business targets
- Utilize insights from partners and market trends to continuously refine and optimize partner enablement strategies and programs
- Understand our partners' businesses, and develop strategies and incentives to increase profitability through our partnership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to facilitate the onboarding of new customers and increase business opportunities
- Work closely with the team to ensure high levels of partner and customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify and prioritize partner enablement initiatives aimed at increasing partner engagement and driving revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategy to incentivize partners to onboard more of their customer base onto our existing offerings
- Continually assess, clarify, and validate partner needs. Track, measure, and report-out on team effectiveness against targets, and adjust programs and strategies as necessary
- Partner with marketing/sales to develop joint messaging and value propositions that highlight mutually beneficial relationships and value to end customers, along with repeatable sales enablement programs and toolkits
- Prepare for future expansion into adjacent technologies by laying the groundwork for both up-selling opportunities with UCaaS and cross-selling opportunities with complementary products and services
- Utilize a disciplined approach to delivering sales growth through account plans, CRM tools, and lifecycle customer management in partnership with other teams
- Lead a team of direct reports through clear and direct communication of roles and responsibilities that align to WLC goals and targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in channel/partner management, sales leadership, or business development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role is preferred
- Proven track record of driving partner-driven revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build, inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and senior executives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative initiatives to drive partner success and business growth
- Deep understanding of the technology/software industry and experience working with MSPs is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- The ideal candidate would be located in Exton, PA or willing to travel to Exton on a monthly basis
