    **Fleet Manager - Dallas**

    Dallas, TX / Operations Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) / Full-time **About Coco** At Coco, were dedicated to perfecting the last-mile delivery experience. We strongly believe the delivery service industry in its current state is massively under-serving merchants, and we are committed to creating a frictionless, reliable, consistent, and sustainable delivery experience for merchants and their customers in cities everywhere.

    **About this team** The MRO team consists of various senior and junior robot techs, as well as representatives of the support team, like dispatch, customer support and Field Operations (FO).

    **Day In a Life** The MRO team is responsible for all the aspects of maintenance, repairs and service for the local fleet of Coco bots to sustain the operations of Coco customers and keep the fleet at the highest capacity with flawless performance. **Responsibilities**

    + WO assignments in accordance with required fleet KPIs

    + Updating service SOPs

    + Service/maintenance task scheduling

    + MRO facility maintenance

    + Inventory management

    **Basic Qualifications**

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly

    + Excellent communication and teamwork with technicians, office staff

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent required

    + Basic computer skills (for WO and inventory management software operation)

    **Preferred Qualifications**

    + Bachelor degree or higher

    + Prior experience with robotics or e-mobility products

    + Prior experience with managing service/repair shop

    + Proficiency with Google Doc suite
