    Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
    Drive the execution of design-build projects across highways, transit systems, railways, and civil site designs
    Cultivate a respectful and collaborative work environment, emphasizing professional growth and team dynamics
    Work alongside group leaders to develop and implement growth strategies, including action plans and financial goals
    Build and maintain strong connections with clients, placing their needs at the center of our projects


    What We're Looking For:
    At least 5 years in transportation project management, with a focus on both preliminary and final design stages. Experience with Design-Build projects is a bonus
    Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Minnesota or eligible for licensure within six months
    Exceptional communication, organization, technical, and analytical skills
    A track record of effective team leadership and staff development
    Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD/Civil 3D,

    MicroStation/Geopak,

    or Open Roads Designer
