- Ensure loan document quality and resolve deficiencies according to internal, investor and agency standards. Verify loan documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy in accordance with multiple regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to timely resolve all purchase clearing deficiencies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor, track, and provide all purchase advices daily.
- Prepare shipping package according to investor stacking order and guidelines and deliver via upload to HFA Authorities and Master Servicers timely and in accordance with our service level agreements.
- Assist in monitoring the bond team Inboxes.
- Identify risks associated with mortgage loan files and escalate issues to manager, as needed.
- Adhere to the organization's brand, corporate identity, and standards at all times.
- 4+ years equivalent work experience in the mortgage industry.
- 1-2 years' experience with conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loan document review required; HFA (Housing Finance Authority) experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be effective on the telephone and in writing
- Must have excellent attention to detail skills
- Must be analytical, organized and coachable
- Able to adapt easily to fast-paced, high volume and time-constrained environment
- Ellie Mae Encompass LOS experience is preferred, but not required
