- Direct Kitchen Staff in shift duties including:
- assigning daily tasks
- assist where needed to ensure orders are produced correctly and on time
- assign third party and internal deliveries as needed
- assist assistant and store manager with inventory and prep scheduling and ordering
- make sure all kitchen staff is working in a safe and sanitary fashion
- You'll likely be on your feet your entire shift. You'll be cleaning, stocking, and making dough just to name a few tasks. You must be able to lift 30-40 lbs throughout your shift
- Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. You'll learn by doing
- Flexible hours that work with your life and growth opportunities for people who work hard to help the whole team succeed
- 1-2 years previous kitchen experience
- Enjoys working on a team, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
- Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the restaurant
- Capability to withstand warm temperatures and proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
- Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
- Follow directions and create respectable menu items
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts to include weekends

Job Summary:
As a part of our Lead Kitchen Staff, you'll stay busy. To thrive in this job, previous experience working at restaurants is preferred, however not required. You must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping pizzas flying out of the kitchen.
