  • I am looking for people with 6+ months of workers comp experience for these roles.
  • We are a workers' compensation firm and we are looking for an experienced attorney to join our team.
  • Responsibilities include meeting with new clients, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court and at depositions, and conducting doctor depositions.
  • The ideal candidate must have the following qualities: 6+ month of workers comp experience.
  • Ability to respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and keep them apprised as to case status and update
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
