- Create, manage, and maintain data and reporting to the customer, including regular KPI and detailed
- commentary on trends
- Produce and deliver reporting using standard CJ Logistics tools in the areas of carrier performance, inbound
- load quality, consignee performance and volume spike impact (space, profile effects, balancing)
- Act as an escalated contact for customer and operational concerns and issues by following up on late orders,
- product availability, carrier rescheduling, quality concerns, volume spikes, etc.
- Strategize the handling of exceptions with appropriate teams
- Collaborating with operational leadership on concerns and issues by providing analysis and
- recommendations and ensure alignment with operational goals
- Review forecast data provided by the customer with Operations Inventory
- Responsible for overseeing demand against open orders and actioning appropriately through cross departmental collaboration
- Collaborate with the customer on builds
- Review labor planning with Workforce Management; analyze underperforming or inefficient builds
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong and proven skills using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide recommendations based on analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience leading a department with an advanced communication management tool and/or process
- automation is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data & provide recommendations
- 3-5 years of logistics experience
- 2 years of leading direct reports with ability to manage, coach, and develop salaried directed reports
- Ability to travel as needed

Position Overview: The Shared Services Manager is responsible for interfacing with the customer to align customer expectations and operational performance. The Shared Services Manager will collaborate with internal leadership and local operations, inventory and quality teams to ensure all inventory and quality management issues are identified and resolved appropriately while also managing communication including external customers across multiple warehouse networks.
