Reporting to our VP Production, you will work alongside the Creative, Social and Client Management teams ensuring that all production streams are on track.

You will manage the scoping and briefing process, and the smooth running of the projects through to delivery.
End-to-end management of social media planning and production for our client, including development and upkeep of delivery timelines
Commercial proficiency in scoping social media and digital projects of varying scales, budgets and retained accounts
Work with Project Management and finance teams to ensure the financial health of projects is maintained
Raise PO's to third-party suppliers as managed and briefed, and approve invoices against cost reconciliations
Support Resource Management on talent casting and freelance requests in the event of identified skill gaps or lack of capacity
Prioritize across several projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements on a daily or weekly basis
