    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and engage top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, including job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and industry events.
    • Develop deep relationships with candidates to understand their motivations, technical strengths, and career goals, ensuring the right fit for high-stakes federal projects.
    • Partner closely with account managers and federal clients to understand project scopes, technical requirements, and security clearance needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, offering market insights, compensation guidance, and strategic hiring recommendations.
    • Share best practices, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Proven track record in technical recruiting within a staffing agency, with expertise in IT and engineering placements for federal or industrial clients.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EPC project environments, federal contracting (DOD, DOE, etc.), and security clearance processes is preferred.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ATS platforms, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
    • Drive & Integrity: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering results with professionalism and ethical integrity.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field - or equivalent military or industry experience.
    • Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a recruiting team is a plus, but not required.
    • Experience in a Full Desk or 360 Recruiting capacity.
