Our practitioners are highly skilled professionals with outstanding credentials who deliver the highest level of quality healthcare to patients throughout New York City.

    We are currently recruiting for a Chief Affiliation Officer/Site Practice Manager. We are looking to fill these roles at our Harlem, Lincoln Metropolitan & Gotham sites in NYC.

    As a CAO/Site Practice Manager, you'll work in an environment that encourages learning, team cohesion, and puts patients first. You will be a valued business partner to the Providers to provide operations and staffing efficiencies and contingencies, as well as business plans, and new care delivery models.

    This hard-working and motivated leader will help guide and support our clinical team as they provide the best patient care to the community they serve

    This candidate will strive towards mastery of role by prioritizing and completing all training needed to develop technical, commitment to PAGNY and leadership skills

    Ensure goals and priorities of providers and teams are achieved through servant leadership

    Support the physician lead, operations focus philosophy through synergy meetings weekly, monthly and as needed

    Focus and prioritize efforts of team to support provider achieving their Professional goals

    Create alignment with clinical department leadership through daily one on ones, morning huddles and weekly touch points discussing communication, connection and support needed

    Commit to serving as a business partner for the providers collaborating and developing quarterly and annual financial goals

    Understand the benefits and metrics of PAGNY and help providers to monitor progress

    This person works in sync with Corporate Office, be a site champion for the providers while promoting the PAGNY brand, encouraging service excellence and promotion of PAGNY

    Assist as needed in onboarding new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree and 10+ years leadership experience (in a professional medical office, hospital, private practice, etc.)

    Experience working in a fast-paced and patient-centric environment, this is an in-person role in a hospital setting.

    Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies

    Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
