    Solo Drivers: Earn Between $1,320 - $2,100 Weekly

    Team Drivers: Earn Between $3,200 - $4,500 Weekly (Split)

    HMD Trucking is seeking dedicated and experienced CDL Class A drivers for OTR Dry Van opportunities. Our commitment to steady freight, competitive pay, and comprehensive driver support ensures you can focus on what you do best—driving

    Compensation & Bonuses:

    • Solo Drivers:
      • Base pay: 60 CPM
      • Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile
      • Weekly pay range: $1,320 - $2,100
      • Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
      • 99% no-touch freight
    • Team Drivers:
      • Base pay: 77 CPM
      • Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile
      • Weekly pay range: $3,200 - $4,500 (split)
      • Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home
      • 99% no-touch freight

    State-of-the-Art Equipment:

    Our drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579, Freightliner Cascadia, and Volvo models, all less than 3 years old. Each truck is equipped with:

    • Automatic transmission
    • High-roof sleeper cabins
    • Inverters and diesel-powered APUs
    • Mini fridges and storage
    • Comfortable combo sleeper
    • Removable rider seat

    Driver Qualifications:

    • Must possess a valid CDL Class A license
    • At least 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience preferred
    • No DUI/DWI offenses in the last 5 years
    • No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
    • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
