+ Manage maintenance projects end-to-end: plan, prioritize, estimate materials execute and coordinate with the Property Manager on timelines and budgets
+ Operate and maintain equipment safely run tractors mini-excavators skid steers mowers and other small/medium machinery perform routine inspections basic repairs maintain fuel service logs+ Execute seasonal operations own snow removal ice control plans coordinate leaf cleanup implement winterization/de-winterization procedures+ Maintain grounds circulation oversee mowing brush/land clearing road path upkeep erosion control site drainage solutions support equestrian specialty areas collaborate with the Equestrian Manager ring paddock fence maintenance preserve animal safety facility standards Oversee site systems perform basic troubleshooting repairs irrigation pool systems minor construction components coordinate outside contractors major repairs Enforce property standards ensure buildings equipment work areas remain clean organized safe secure maintain inventories consumables Uphold confidentiality property protocols handle sensitive information follow established procedures guests contractors staff.
