    The Marketing Project Associate serves as the project manager for marketing campaigns and events supporting Open the Bible's core products. The position coordinates timelines, tasks, meetings, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule. It involves facilitating communication across the marketing team, tracking progress, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and maintaining project documentation and workflows. The role also provides ongoing coordination, follow-up, and administrative support to keep marketing initiatives moving forward efficiently.

    Salary: $45k-$50k Annual

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as the project manager for marketing campaigns supporting Open the Bible's core products
    • Coordinate campaign and event timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
    • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
    • Communicate with team members to keep projects moving forward
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and help resolve issues
    • Drive projects forward by organizing timelines, deliverables, and next steps
    • Maintain project documentation, calendars, and workflow tools
    • Support the marketing team with coordination, follow-up, and administrative tasks as needed

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience/certification(s) in marketing, communications, project management, or related disciplines
    • 2+ years of experience and proven track record in project management, campaign execution, and marketing
    • Good familiarity with marketing terms and principles
    • Hands-on experience with Google Suite, Slack, Asana or other project management tools, and Outlook
    • General understanding of AI tools
    • Willingness to adapt and grow with the needs of the position and the organization
    • Desire to work well on a team to accomplish marketing goals
    • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
    • Full alignment with Open the Bible's mission and Statement of Faith
