JWF Industries, a growing metal manufacturing company, continuing to expand into defense & other markets with long-term work, is looking for an experienced Coatings Specialist to join their team in Johnstown, PA.

Relocation assistance is available for a well-qualified applicant.

This is a critical role, working closely with all levels of management, as well as the shop floor, that includes 1,000,000+ square feet of metal manufacturing space.

Requirements:
Knowledge of wet coating process and military specifications
At least three (3) years of experience with painting operations and coatings in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Desirable Day Shift:
Enjoy a Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:00pm schedule, off shift hours will be required as needed to meet customer expectations.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing technical guidance to ensure the highest quality Coating standards and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Leads all compliance activities and manages each step of JWFI's coating processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety of all employees and visitors.
