We are a rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality medical care through rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities and bringing Psychiatric services to our patients where they reside.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient psych evaluations and determine treatment plans with TMS CBT EMDR.
- Review patient histories charts medical documentation prior provider consultations.
- Communicate with patients in-person via telemedicine when needed provide education follow-up instructions coordinate patient care physicians specialists clinical staff maintain accurate timely documentation EMR system escalate urgent complex cases appropriate provider adhere HIPAA clinical protocols company compliance standards.
