JOB DESCRIPTION

 

TITLE: Kitchen Custodian 

DEPARTMENT:      Rio Secco Golf Club - Food & Beverage Department

SCOPE
OF JOB:  Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.  Represent the golf club in a professional and
friendly manner and exhibit pride in the success of the golf course to your
staff and all other departments. 

ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS:  Dish machine area to
be cleaned periodically to avoid dishes stacking up.  Monitor the cleanliness of dishes coming out
of dish machine.  All dishes, silverware,
pots and pans to be stored in a neat and orderly fashion.  All dishes, utensils, pots and pans are to be
cleaned and put away at the end of each shift. Dish machine to be periodically
cleaned to avoid deposits from building up. 
Sweep and mop all floors at the end of each shift.  All trash cans to be emptied at the end of
each shift.  Dumpster area to be cleaned
and organized on a regular basis.  All
cleaning materials to be monitored as to notify manager when reorder is
necessary. 

MARGINAL
JOB FUNCTIONS:  Shining stainless
counters and equipment on cooks line and in waiters aisle.  Periodically clean kitchen mats.  Clean outside patio, tables and chairs.  Clean bar windows. 

 EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Updated Clark
County health card.

Positive attitude toward your job. 
Must present a clean, neat and professional appearance.  Uniforms supplied should be well maintained,
neat and properly fitted.  Ability to
work and perform duties without direct supervision.
