Project Coordinator
Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303
$ $34.83 an hour - Full Time

Boulder Community Health is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Project Management Department. The Project Coordinator (PC) will work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver organizational projects efficiently. The PC will oversee small, relatively simple projects in terms of complexity, cost, and time constraints with guidance from the PMO Manager. The PC will spearhead operational and administrative tasks of the project team as needed. The PC should have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines. The PC assists the project team in planning, initiating, executing, and closing out mission-oriented business programs and projects.

Qualifications

•Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Systems/Technology or other related field is preferred or equivalent experience.

•0-2 years of experience in Project Management or equivalent, preferably in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

•Will oversee small, relatively simple projects in terms of complexity, cost, and time constraints with guidance from the PMO Manager and spearhead operational and administrative tasks of the project team as needed.

•The Project Coordinator manages the administrative tasks, such as schedule coordination, document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support.

•May assist other project managers in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans

•Supervise the project procurement process

•Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines

•Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed at the right time

•Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
