    Kavaliro is seeking an IT Program Manager to support a client in the Mclean, Virginia area.

    Required Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in tailoring project management and systems engineering fundamentals in complex environments.
    • Demonstrated experience in optimizing work processes within the operations and support functions of the systems lifecycle.
    • Demonstrated experience providing program planning and coordination support.
    • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating (verbally and in writing) across programs and with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors.
    • Demonstrated experience managing priorities across multiple projects.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
    • Demonstrated experience in facilitating and supporting Agile (Scrum or Kanban) activities.
    • Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

    Desired Experiences:
    • Demonstrated experience supporting the technical processing of vetting support requests for analytical comparison against the Sponsor's holdings.
    • Demonstrated experience with computer processing platforms such as computers, mobile, and I.O.T. and using that knowledge working in a clustered computing environment.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting the development of big data software applications.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager/Team Lead of an IC technical team.

    Location:
    • McLean, VA
    • This position is onsite and there is no remote availability

    Clearance Requirement:
    • Candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph
