Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
2. Seat customers and provide them with menus.
3. Take and accurately record food and beverage orders from customers.
4. Enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system and ensure they are transmitted to the kitchen and bar.
5. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
6. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or issues.
7. Anticipate customers' needs and provide assistance as needed.
8. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the server station and dining area.
10. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
