    Job Title: Multi-Family and Commercial Flooring Sales Specialist (Outside Sales)

    Position Overview:

    As a Multi-Family and Commercial Flooring Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the apartments and multi-family segments. Your role is integral to our growth strategy, as you will be the face of our company, showcasing our high-quality flooring solutions and establishing lasting partnerships.     Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and Relationship Building: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential customers within the multi-family and commercial sectors. Leverage your existing contacts to train them in flooring solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted expert.
    • Product Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing our innovative flooring solutions to potential customers. Highlight the features, benefits, and advantages that set us apart.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Be their go-to resource for flooring solutions and exceptional service.
    • Industry Engagement: Attend industry trade shows and events to identify sales opportunities, connect with potential leads, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Stay attuned to industry trends and developments.
    • Market Insight and Strategy: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences. Utilize your insights to recommend targeted marketing strategies that resonate with specific regions or demographics.
    • Sales Reporting: Generate accurate and timely sales reports, providing management with valuable insights into your activities, achievements, and areas for growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the multi-family or commercial flooring sector.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a solution-oriented approach.
    • A self-starter with the drive to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
    • Knowledge of flooring products and solutions is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and become an industry expert is essential.
    • Existing contacts within the multi-family and commercial segments is highly advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel locally 4 days and serve as a road warrior.

    Compensation and Benefits:
