    Description

    Senior FP&A Analyst Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst with significant experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, forecasting, continuous improvement, data analytics, and cloud programs (SAP).

    Responsibilities:

    Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the manufacturing division, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

    Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives

    Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and operational decision-making

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization

    Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable insights and drive business performance improvements

    Play a key role in the implementation and utilization of cloud-based programs, particularly within the SAP environment

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus

    5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on the manufacturing industry

    Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems

    Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and continuous improvement principles

    Advanced data analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools

    Experience with cloud-based programs, particularly within the SAP environment

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
