- Assist Occupational Therapists in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises as outlined in treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care and support during therapy sessions.
- Monitor and document patient progress and municate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated care and optimal outes for patients.
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a COTA in the state of Washington.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
