    About the Role:


    The company seeks a seasoned Executive Vice President for Employee Benefits to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive growth within the organization.


    This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting and implementing key performance indicators that enhance client retention, expand net commission revenue, and strengthen carrier partnership programs.


    • Drive new sales opportunities through effective relationship-building with executive stakeholders
    • Increase client satisfaction by equipping producers and service professionals with necessary tools and support
    • Partner with national and regional leadership to ensure delivery of best-in-class services

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employee benefits plans, current healthcare trends, industry challenges, advanced communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities,
    and professional certifications such as CEBS. This position demands a leader who can build relationships,
