Job Summary
This position involves direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level. The role includes supervising staff to whom care is delegated, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring quality nursing care, staff competency, and resource management.

- Serving as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession

Qualifications
EDUCATION

• Required: Graduated from a state-approved or accredited nursing school
• Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's)

CERTIFICATIONS

• Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered as per state regulations
• BLS certification required within 5 working days of assuming patient care (renewed every 2 years)
• NRP & STABLE certifications required within 6 months of hire/transfer (renewed every 2 years)
