Job summary

Develops and provides guidance and training on the company's records retention policies and procedures, collaborates on data governance and other related initiatives; manages a team of litigation paralegals; assists with various litigation-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation from the Institute of Certified Records Managers (or equivalent training) with a four-year bachelor's degree.
  • 8-10 years of records management experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience supervising others in a work environment.
