    Description

    Take the lead in our Client Services Team as a technically strong, relationship-oriented leader who drives growth in the Natural Gas practice while ensuring exceptional project delivery. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with client stewardship: you will direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project results; serve as the primary point of contact for priority accounts; and develop a regional plan that translates market needs into well-scoped pursuits, winning proposals, and successful projects.

    The ideal candidate will cultivate new relationships, expand existing ones, and coordinate closely with Practice Area Leaders (PALs), Service Group Leaders (SGLs), and the Marketing team to position ARM's full-service offerings. They will turn client challenges into sustainable solutions and long-term partnerships by proactively generating new business and expanding existing client relationships within assigned markets practices geographies.

    • Own the sales lifecycle for key pursuits prospecting needs discovery strategy scoping teaming proposal/fee development closing
    • Build execute a regional growth diversification plan targets revenue goals aligned Practice Area company objectives source qualify leads maintain opportunity pipeline CRM account plans contacts activity notes current meet exceed annual sales revenue targets forecast report progress collaborate Marketing pursuit strategies statements qualifications collateral liaise VP Growth Strategy PAL SGL cross-selling
