    Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
    1. Experience providing technical support in the consumer electronics or telecommunication industry.
    2. Fluent Mandarin and English for client communication.
    3. Support the ASP (authorized service provider): training, technical documents, quality and technical monitoring, updates, and announcements.
