$110,000 - $150,000 per year

We have partnered with one of the nation's largest multifamily general contractors to hire a Project Manager for their team in Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities
Contract Administration:
Bid, award, prepare, and execute contracts, ensuring efficient administration of subcontracts and purchase orders.
Project Oversight:
Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Contract Document Review:
Oversee, review, and ensure the entire project team understands project-specific contract documents.
Cost Management:
Ensure the cost of the construction process remains within the client's budget, including cost estimating, reporting, pay requests, and change orders.
Technology Utilization:
Leverage technology tools and solutions to ensure consistent and reliable results, leading best practices and improving project team performance.
Relationship Building:
Create and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors, setting direction and aligning resources.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the work of direct reports based upon project schedule, plans, and specifications.
Client Interaction:
Act as the immediate point of contact to the client, proactively focusing on meeting expectations and addressing concerns.
Requirements
Experience: 5 years of experience in multifamily construction, demonstrating extensive experience with various build types.
Construction Knowledge:
Working knowledge and understanding of multifamily construction means and methods.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
