    Strategic Comp is currently searching for a SeniorClaims Manager who will be responsible for the oversight and activities of a team of claim professionals.

    The person hired for this position will be responsible for the day-to-day work and activities of their team.

    Additionally, the Senior Claims Manager will be responsible for the performance, development and coaching of their staff, including continuous learning and development of their team.

    The SeniorClaims Manager will primarily work from their home and will be required to attend quarterly claim meetings with an overnight stay.


    Responsibilities :
    We are looking for a unique person to serve as our next Senior Claims Manager. We need someone who has the ability to help and direct when needed, a group of technically strong, carefully selected senior-level adjusters to:focus on fresh, creative approaches on every claimdetermine on each claim the need for attorneys, surveillance, and nurse case managers, and then assign, direct, and monitor the vendorcommunicate effectively and develop strong relationships with their team membersgain consensus from our insureds regarding claim strategiese nsure compliance with required FL statutes and regulations

    Physical Requirements:
    Sedentary (requires prolonged sitting, continuous use of computer) & Travel(requires some overnight travel)

    Qualifications :
    Bachelors degree preferred and a minimum of 10 years of diverse experience in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont workers compensation claims handling is requiredMinimum of 4 years of claims management experience in New England states is requiredMust have current license to adjust workers compensation claims in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and VermontSolid background in coverage analysis, reserving, claims investigation, and litigation management is requiredPrior work with large or national accounts is requiredPrefer candidates reside in one of the New England states#LI-REMOTE#LI-StrategicComp
