- Tracking and tracing shipment to ensure cargo movement & delivery
- Responsible for answering all cargo inquires
- Responsible for resolving cargo claims
- Maintaining inbound and outbound cargo records
- Providing general customer service C.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Strong planning and organization skills, and attention to details.
