    Home Performance Alliance - Call Center Appointment Setters

    Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 10 years' experience serving the Florida market. We have over 300 dedicated professionals whose only mission is to provide superior products and best-in-class customer service for each one of our homeowners. We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, DurashieldTM manufactured by Custom Windows Systems, A Pella Company and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida. We also offer hurricane-impact doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, and roofing. All our products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

    As a Call Center Appointment Setters, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a design consultant for an in-person follow-up visit. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in phone sales and/or phone marketing, this is the ideal position for you.


    · Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company

    · Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role

    · Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue

    · Make outbound calls to leads, pitch misses, and canceled contracts; Schedule in person appointment for sales rep

    · Field incoming phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments

    · Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job

    · Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect

    · Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments


    · Minimum high school diploma

    · Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite

    · Ability to multitask with a positive attitude

    · A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers

    · Experience and willingness, working in a team environment

    · Excellent communication, listening, and organization skills
