- Drafts, reviews, edits, and negotiates third-party agreements including those critical to the operation of a broker-dealer and a bank holding company.
- Advises on privacy and cybersecurity law compliance and incident management matters.
- Advises on intellectual property issues including copyright, trademark, patent and licensing rights, registrations, and potential infringement issues.
- Drafts, reviews, edits, and negotiates a high volume of services agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms) including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and license agreements and other enterprise-wide shared service agreements.
- Provides legal review and represents the organization in assigned functional area(s).
- Reviews legal issues, particularly as it relates to contractual and regulatory compliance, to ensure the organization's interests are protected.
- Plans, assigns, monitors and leads the work of others.

- Ability to obtain Authorized House Counsel, if Florida resident and not a member of the Florida bar; and,
