    We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at The Blake. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional medical treatment and service to our residents while promoting their overall well-being.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Administer medication and provide medical treatment according to physician orders, adhering to state regulations for assisted living.
    • Deliver world-class care and service to residents, remaining flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
    • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to prioritize tasks, document patient information, and follow through on assignments.
    • Serve as charge nurse on shift, overseeing personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.

    Requirements:

    • A caring heart and a willingness to serve others.
    • A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Preferred experience in Assisted Living or Long-term care.
    • Current First Aid certification is preferred.
    • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    We offer a competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
