    07/01/2024 The Director of Human Relations reports directly to the Superintendent and works to ensure that the district is partnering collaboratively with schools, families and staff to enable equitable outcomes for all children. The Director of Human Relations leads and manages all aspects of the district's talent strategy management and people development, ensures compliance with labor codes/regulations, serves as a confidential thought partner and facilitator for resolving various employee matters and as a key stakeholder in labor relations and management.

    QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.

    Education:
    • A master's degree in human resources, educational policy, education, business administration, public administration or related field experience required.
    • Completion of Illinois Performance Evaluation Modules Teacher and Principal evaluator designation.
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of public/private sector leadership/human resource experience within a school setting, or other large diverse organizations preferred.
    Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: (preferred, all are not required)
    • HR
    • PHR
    • SHRM
    Salary and Benefits:
    Salary commensurate with experience, based upon Salary Schedule
