Do you have the entrepreneur mindset and an operations skillset? We manufacture in California which is the most challenging environment in the country. Do you have experience with back office paper flows or manufacturing process flows or both? Are you comfortable with Excel sheets to manage new processes until they are automated with cloud software? Do you want to run your own business one day but need more experience or time to learn what can go wrong? We have a full org chart but need a utility infielder to plug the gaps and jump on problems that develop between functional groups. If you have a formal degree in business and want to see how a business actually runs then this may be a good fit for you.

See below for more details describing the daily responsibilities:

1. Manage approximately $200,000 of monthly spend.
2. Communicate with stakeholders on the status of processes in the factory and the front office.
3. Troubleshoot information gaps and create new business procedures.
4. Maintain adequate stock levels of all materials in order to manufacture and ship orders without delay.
5. Negotiate with new vendors to ensure that we are getting the price that reflects our purchasing power.
