Job summary
Provides direct personal care and services to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
+ The following are some of the key responsibilities:
+ + Provides assistance with activities of daily living
+ + Performs routine duties and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff
+ + Assists residents with bathing and dressing needs,
,shaving,oral hygiene,
,bed making/transfers into/out of bed/repositioning/toileting needs/serving/collecting food trays/
,encouraging/assisting feeding,
,answering call lights,/insuring clean environment,
transporting patients upon admission/dismissal/
,ambulation/orienting/resident safety.
+ Qualifications:
