    The Director of Revenue Cycle will f unction with autonomy, diplomacy and professionalism within the guidelines established by this organization.

    Promote the well-being of the human aspect of this organization and report any concerns to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle.

    Function with the highest esteem in dealing with all employees, supervisors, and consumers of this organization. Be an advocate for all of the policies and protocols of the organization.

    Assist with all fiscal matters relating to APIS MANAGEMENT SERVICESMonitor and Manage all day-to-day fiscal services to include: Revenue CycleCollection of services providedInterface with fiscal staff to ensure compliance of all requirementsAssist the auditors in the annual audit process to insure all questions are answered in an accurate and timely mannerDevelop and implement programs to make certain APIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

    is in compliance with all fiscal regulations imposed by the County, State and/or Federal Government agenciesDevelop and implement initiatives to enhance the revenue cycle management process and drive financial performanceEstablish and maintain effective billing and collections procedures, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims and minimizing denials and rejections.

    Develop, monitor and implement the month to month reconciliation of accounts receivable accounting packagesReviews billing/collection patterns and makes recommendations for corrective measurersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operation, product and engineering, to streamline revenue cycle workflows and resolve and operational challenges.

    Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycle management, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance improvement initiatives.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with the payers and insurance providers to negotiate favorable contracts and resolve and resolve any billing and reimbursement issues.

    Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and resources to support the revenue cycle management team in their day-to day operations.

    Reviews departmental performance and ensures compliance with fiscal governmental reporting requirements, including tax reportsProvides assistance to all management staff related to the performance of financial management mattersMinimum Education and Experience Requirements:
