    Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for dedicated and passionate Paraprofessionals to join our team in the Manchester, NH area. This is a full-time position working with students in grades K-2, pre-K, and middle school. Soliant Schools will be a part of the screening process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist teachers with classroom management and instruction
    • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help
    • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
    • Supervise students during non-instructional times,such as lunch and recess
    • municate with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
    • Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
    • Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students succeed
    • Ability to follow directions and work as part of ateam
