We're looking for someone who can provide individual group therapy adolescents teens families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques Develop implement personalized treatment plans recognizing unique needs each individual Establish safe nurturing therapeutic environments practice standards Collaborate clinicians families Clinic Director quality care client satisfaction Participate meetings supervision ongoing development opportunities What We're Looking For Master's degree behavioral science related field Full clinical licensure LPC LCSW LMFT equivalent Strong understanding adolescent development family dynamics therapeutic interventions Ability develop creative interventions engaging teens process Proficiency Office 365 EHR systems Valant experience plus Additional Information Expected maintain caseload clients per week Flexibility work office remotely depending client needs Occasional evening weekend hours accommodate schedules Join clinic values creativity collaboration unique children families
