    Patient's Choice Lab is seeking a Full-time Laboratory Information Coordinator/Data Entry Assistant to help our rapidly growing company better support our operations in the Arizona market. We are looking for someone who is very tech savvy, reliable, and a quick learner. We will happily train the right fit.

    Duties

    • Ability to learn complicated terminology quickly
    • Ability to learn protocols and assist phlebotomists with testing lookup and draw procedures
    • Assist with managing the laboratory information system data entry and account setups
    • Assist with process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
    • Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and billing data
    • Assist with following up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
    • Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable
    • Communicate with staff, customers, and clients regarding testing and billing protocols
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely
    • Assist with remote customer service at Patient Service Centers
    • Strong typing skills (over 55 wpm) and ability to toggle between multiple software programs at once to gather information and aid in laboratory support services


    Experience

    • A college degree in science field or minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology a plus
    • Ability to learn difficult information quickly
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Minimum Requirements

    • Ability to sit and work at computer for at least 8 hours/day
    • Ability to lift 30 lbs
    • Reliable transportation
    • Ability to type over 55 wpm
