    About us

    At Compass ABA Therapy, we understand that each child has unique needs. We customize our care to ensure success, tailoring individual treatment plans based on their learning style. Our team of ABA therapists is highly skilled in evidence-based techniques, covering early intervention, school-aged children, and challenging behaviors.

    • Must have a high school diploma
    • RBTs will work directly with clients either in clinic or at the client's home.
    • RBTs must be available from 3-6 pm
    • Implementing programs developed by supervising BCBAs.
    • Recording client performance data towards target behaviors.

    Accurately documenting session events, client behavior, and progress towards goals in session notes.

    • Being punctual to all sessions and staff meetings
    • Maintaining RBT and CPR/BLS certifications
    • Successfully passing a 10-year Background check
    • Preferably already registered; Compass offers paid classes/training for registration.
    • Registered RBTs may qualify for a sign-on bonus ranging from $250-$500 based on experience and certification verification.
    • Experienced QASP-S individuals are also welcomed. QASP-S certified candidates are eligible for the sign-on bonus.
