    Position Title:

    Salary $90,510.00 to $111, additional pay available per educational hours)

    Organizational:
    Reports directly to the Superintendent


    Qualifications:
    ODE Business Managers License or Superintendent's License
    Experience as a Business Manager Required.


    General Responsibilities:
    Serve as the administrator in charge of purchasing.

    Manage bidding processes and proper procedures for federal/state funds.
    Manage classified operations.
    Provide leadership of maintenance staff of (3)

    Food service with (2) head cooks

    Transportation with one Transportation Supervisor

    and all other classified personnel.

    Ability to work closely with teammates and communicate in a positive manner.


    Specific Responsibilities:
    Coordinate all phases of the purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment for the school district.

    Coordinate all activities for the classified personnel in the school district including recruiting, placement, in-service training, supervision, appraisal, evaluation, job descriptions and maintenance of records.


    Following the master agreement for the SSLCEA.

    Visibility within the school district.
    Make recommendations for hiring, evaluation, promoting, terminating, discipline and development of all classified personnel.
    Advisement in planning, development and execution of fiscal matters

    Management and improvement of all school facilities, buildings, athletic fields and grounds.
    Manage the insurance programs for all school property and equipment.
    Coordinate the efficiency of the food service operations.
    Coordinate the efficient operation of the transportation operations.
    Coordinate the purchasing, distribution and inventory of equipment and supplies.

    Prepare all records and reports of the Ohio Department of Education which are relevant to the operations of the school district.

    Plan and evaluate the need for equipment replacement.
    Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent.
